How it's run

Small, moderated by one person, and deliberately boring about a couple of things.

Access answers come from people

Questions about terrain, surfaces, steps, elevators, noise or sensory load are answered by someone who has been there. Never by an automated reply — not even a confident-looking one. Why that matters.

There is one staff account, and it says what it is

@wayfind_assistant handles product and logistics questions — how filters work, what's in Pro, why sync failed. Its replies are AI-drafted with human oversight and say so in the post. It never posts as a member, never upvotes, and never starts a conversation to make the place look busier. The full list of what it can't do.

Write what you saw

If you're relaying something secondhand or you're not sure, say so. Somebody may plan a day around it, and “I think there's a ramp” and “there's a ramp” are very different sentences to act on.
