Using Wayfind
Wayfind is an iOS travel planner: you build a trip — transport, stays, day-by-day activities, packing lists — and accessibility information is carried on the places themselves. This website and its destination guides are free to read without an account.
Community guidelines
The forum is for genuine experience and genuine access information. Posting there, you agree to keep it truthful and useful, treat other members with respect, and not post spam, hate speech, harassment or harmful content, impersonate anyone, or upload material that infringes someone else's copyright.
Access information carries a particular obligation: write what you actually observed. If you're relaying something secondhand or unsure, say so. Someone may plan a day around it.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Wayfind a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You can delete your content whenever you like.
What Wayfind does not do
Wayfind does not book or sell anything. No flights, hotels or car rental are transacted through it, and nothing you are shown is placed there by a commercial arrangement. You book wherever you normally book; Wayfind holds the plan.
A shared calendar link is a subscription feed, not live sync. Calendar providers cache these and refresh on their own schedule, so a change you make can take hours to appear on someone else's calendar. We cannot control that, and you should not rely on it for anything time-critical.
Travel information disclaimer
Access conditions change without warning. Everything in our guides was accurate when a person last reviewed it, but elevators break, entrances get rerouted and venues move. Always confirm directly with a venue before a trip depends on it. Wayfind is not liable for access information that has since changed or turned out to be wrong.
AI-assisted replies
Some forum replies come from a labeled Wayfind staff account that drafts answers with AI under human oversight. It handles product and logistics questions. It does not answer questions about terrain, surfaces, step counts or sensory conditions — those go to a person. Read how that works.
Accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines. You can delete your own account at any time.
