Corrections are better in the open
If a guide is out of date — a elevator that's been broken for months, an entrance that moved, a route that's been dug up — posting it in the community forum helps more than emailing. Other people traveling there see it immediately, and it still reaches us.
Reporting something that could put someone at risk — a venue advertising access it doesn't have, for instance — goes straight to [email protected] and gets looked at the same day.
