Add your transport, stay or activity to the trip and keep the original confirmation for reference. If your app version offers an import preview, check the dates, times and booking details before saving. You can add missing details manually.

Open the trip, then ⋯ → Share, and invite by email. The invitation appears inside the other person's Wayfind app; no email is sent. Editors can change the trip, and viewers can only read it.

Open the trip, then ⋯ → Share. The calendar feed card copies a link that Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and Cozi can subscribe to. It is a mirror rather than a live sync — calendars refresh it on their own schedule.

Facts come from Google, OpenStreetMap and other travelers, and each place says which. “Not sure” is an honest answer — tap “Add accessibility info” on any place to report what you saw. Accessibility information is never behind a paywall.

Open your itinerary and lists before traveling so they are available on your device. Searching and maps need a connection. Changes sync when you are back online. A banner shows anything still waiting.

Wayfind Pro is $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The yearly plan offers a one-week free trial for eligible subscribers. For subscriptions billed by Apple, manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends to avoid a charge.

Settings → Account → Delete account removes your trips, lists, events and reports. Trips shared with you stay with their owners.
